friendly staff helpful staff worth price breakfast
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted us in planning our commute. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I found the breakfast well worth the price.
The hotel amenities seemed very cheap. The room was NOT cleaned well. I found hair on the pillows from previous guests. There were also uncleaned areas around the bed.

the location near haneda airport terminal 3 was ideal for my early morning flight. the hotel provided a free shuttle service and the short train ride was also convenient. the staff promptly assisted with luggage storage after checkout, it allowed for some final sightseeing.
i noticed that the soundproofing could be slightly improved, as some noise from the hallway was audible.

The hotel is very close. Approximately three metro stops or five minutes from HND. I stored my bag here for three days before checking in, while visiting Okinawa. The staff promptly replied to my message confirming they would hold my bag. The free shuttle bus to the airport requires a reservation at check-in.

a decent stay near the airport
quick train ride patient staff small room shuttle limitation
this hotel is quite convenient when traveling to or from the airport. a quick train ride from the terminal and a short walk get you there. the staff was patient with my attempts at the local language and helped with check-in. i appreciated their assistance.
the room i had was quite small and made managing bigger luggage a bit difficult. the free airport shuttle is only one way and the last shuttle is at 11:00 am. i found this limitation inconvenient.

The hotel is super close to the train station. This made it easy to travel around. The staff were AMAZING!!! I found them so helpful and kind. The breakfast bento box was a fun and tasty surprise.
